Our support services fall into the following categories:

Therapy Service

Our therapists work with a broad range of issues, and work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. Therapists draw on several approaches to meet the presenting need.

A hybrid model is available with online, phone and face to face sessions made available.

We recommend that people self-refer to make an enquiry. A consultation can be offered to establish if the service is the right fit. The service is free to access with the option of donating where possible.

Home visiting programme for families of children up to three years of age.

Family Support Service

One to one parent or child sessions, Parenting support, Parent-Child sessions, Family sessions, targeted sessions, groupwork sessions.

Strengths based and needs led. Help families to increase their resilience skills and learn coping techniques. Strengthen parenting and family relationships.

Provide emotional regulation support to when experiencing difficulties. Provide parenting support. Support families to create supportive routines and manage daily tasks.
